I posted an earlier review because I was thrilled with 1 Call Heat and Air's incredible customer service, pricing and rapid installation of my new HVAC system. Now, I'm astounded! I got [a very nice] check in the mail yesterday. I had no idea why, because it was from a supply company I didn't know and had never done business with. I assumed it was a marketing ploy, scam or mistake. I called the supply company to let them know. They told me it was my rebate check for my new HVAC system! All it took was 1 call and I had service on the way. They fixed up my AC quickly and provided excellent professional service. I was well informed of what service was happening and the estimated timeline. They also text and called before arriving.
