We had an excellent experience with 1 Call Heat and Air. Our AC stopped working and with the Arkansas heat the house got uncomfortable fast. (Especially with 4 kids in the house) They responded quickly, got us scheduled right away, and showed up exactly when they said they would. The technician, TJ, was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home.
