After being ripped off and let down by another company who failed to fix our boiler, we phoned Max who was very professional and sympathetic of our situation. He came out very quickly on Saturday afternoon and thankfully, he also had the part to fix our boiler. We are totally grateful for his kindness and he generously reduced the call out charge.
