Customer service when solving a problem is trash. I called to explain how a brought a wig the day after posting this and how I was given a wig I did not ask for but did not notice it till I was home that night when I took it out the box. I DID NOT DO NOTHING TO THE WIG BESIDES TAKE IT OUT THE BOX. I was told an exchange cannot be done because it's was synthetic. So, if the wig was human would it have been different?
