I was very pleased with my experience. William Baker is very knowledgeable and informative. I only came to his business for a diagnostic evaluation of my car yet he was very detailed with the entire process and went above and beyond at an affordable price. I wish there was a way to rate him a 10!! I highly recommend contacting Mr. Baker for your auto needs! I had a bad experience with my truck prior to calling him and he was able to fix it within the same day. I’ve never had such excellent service from any other mechanic I’ve gone to. Replaced my alternator twice by another shop and still was having issues with my battery light coming on. Mr Baker came to my house and diagnosed my issue within 5 mins. He determined that my battery terminals needed to be clean and the battery cables connectors needed to be replace. Highly recommend definitely will be using him in the future.
