I called and spoke with John concerning my truck. I thought it was my transmission slipping, had it towed in and John called me the next day to let me know there wasn’t anything wrong with it, but stuck in fourth gear. I went and got it and two days later the same problem occured again. I called and asked for John again, he sent one of his mechanics out to see if the gear shift was stuck in fourth gear agai and it was.
