I very much appreciated this company until they sold our loan to a new finance company. Even though I made my payments every month, they refuse to pay the new finance company my last payment to them(that I have a receipt for) stating they never received it and now the new finance company is stating that I will have to pay AGAIN or it goes on my credit. Shame on this company for keeping my money. I have been trying to reach them and no one ever answers the phone! So I guess they can speak to my attorney instead!
This is one of the best dealership I ever been too he was super supportive and gave us the best deals,good customer service and good all around come down here and show they business some support.
I not would not recommend this dealership I would warn you against going there. I went there to look at a 2017 Escalade. I didn’t ask them to come down on the price I put $2000 down and they ran my debt card and didn’t charge a fee for using my card, I made two separate payments of $1000 and they didn’t charge a card using fee. I called and told max I was coming in to pick it up Max said it was ready and had all the paperwork ready.
