Great place, good boats and great service! Would recommend!
Can't recommend this enough! We had a little pontoon, and it was only 45 minutes through the channel to Lake Michigan from the rental area. There is a canopy for sun cover, and the seats feel like a couch. You could fit 4 people comfortably. There is easy access to put your feet over the edge into the lake. Also, the pontoon has a blue tooth speaker.
The website is awful and technical sport is poor. They are also not very accommodating. The difficult use website led to me, putting in the wrong date. They had a pontoon that I could use when I showed up, but the owner wanted to charge me twice as much. Given how shitty their website is, you would think they would try to be a little more flexible. At least until they get their customer service And website up to speed. I would avoid this place if you can. Retro boats is way better.
My family went out today. I was a little leary. Factors like restrictions, fuel, boat conditions, appointment & return times can all lead to "extra" charges and sometimes it can get shady. We didn't get the nicest boat, but I knew that when I rented it. We got the "value" boat! But it ran great & started first turn.
