I am very pleased with the service I received from Rick. It is freaking hard to find reliable, honest, and outright good people who work for themselves instead of large corporations. Rick is a really nice guy and seems to have his heart in the right place but he is learning. He left us high and dry when his repair on our slide did not resolve the issue, his response was "OH man now they are gong to think I messed this up" and told me I would have to get someone else to work on it. Our warranty company would not pay to have the slide repaired again as it failed in less than 90 days after Rick did his repair. The issue was found to be a veru obvious wire short in the plug that connects to the slide motor. ... read more
Rick has been so great! He has done all of our RV repairs & maintenance for months now. He’s very available and easy to work with. Really just wants his customers to be happy!
Rick conducted an in-depth maintenance service of the camper and was outstanding. He also repaired the slide-topper and it now looks and works great. Great guy and service.
