This was the second time I tried this company and it was excellent both times! Gary from 1-877-Appliance came to my house on Friday to check on my washing machine. He called to give me a 30 minute notice and showed up right on time. Gary was friendly, honest, and easy to understand. We discussed the common problems with my type of washing machine (top loading Maytag)- he seemed to have a lot of experience and an educated opinion.
