I emailed Bajaj propane on a Monday night at 7:50pm and they responded in eleven minutes. Yes eleven minutes. They said they could deliver propane early the next week. It was delivered on Wednesday 9 days later which was much better than the 26 days I would have needed to wait from my usual provider. And the price was one penny more than my usual provider. So I paid one penny more per gallon to not run out of propane for possibly weeks if I had to rely on my usual provider. DL. THANK YOU BAJAJ!!!
During the cold snap in January/February, we completely ran out of propane - way, way earlier than expected. I called 25 heating companies across every surrounding county and everyone was booked weeks out, with no emergency fill ability - or they wanted a two-year commitment at ove 3$ a gallon, in order to help. First time using Bajaj and they really came through when my previous company left me in the dark. Great communication about my delivery and they were able to come out the very next day. The driver, Mike, was super personable and made the whole process easy. Really appreciated how smooth everything went, especially during a stressful time. I’ll definitely be using Bajaj again and will be recommending them to friends and family.
My usual fuel provider is getting backed up on deliveries so I called this company to check pricing. They gave me 2 different prices and then they tell me they aren’t even taking on new customers at the moment even though I live 2 minutes down the road. Looks like I’ll just wait for my usual provider.
