I used to love this shop, as I have nostalgic memories of my dad (who passed away when I was 18) getting flowers for my mom every year from here and it felt so special. I ordered pink flowers worth $50 for my sister and she did not get what was shown in the picture online. I asked it to be deliver on 02/13 but then they delivered yesterday which 02/12 . I do not like the fact that I got something I love and know my sister would love and you guys sent ugly flowers.
