Awesome store. Cool selection of bouquets and potted plants
Wanted to share some positivity. My fiancé and I went to the physical store Friday 5/8 to find some mother's day hanging plants. The attendants from arrival to check out were exceptional and we were able to get exactly what we wanted. In there for tops of 7 to 10 minutes. Mother in law loved the plants. Thank you for the help and wonderful service.
I used to love this shop, as I have nostalgic memories of my dad (who passed away when I was 18) getting flowers for my mom every year from here and it felt so special. Since meeting my now husband, I always encouraged him to get flowers from here instead of a competitor that he used to get them from, but after several disappointing arrangements over the past few years, I don't think I'll do so anymore. I ordered pink flowers worth $50 for my sister and she did not get what was shown in the picture online. I asked it to be deliver on 02/13 but then they delivered yesterday which 02/12 . I do not like the fact that I got something I love and know my sister would love and you guys sent ugly flowers.
