We had city septic backup under our house. I called the guys at 1800 water damage. They were all awesome guys to work with. They come and inspected, did what they needed to do. Always kept in touch returned calls. Definitely a great experience with them. Great Job everyone. Thank you so much! Definitely recommend.

After a horrible day of water seeping into our house on Super Bowl Sunday, our insurance company, we had a terrific Monday!!! 800Water sent us A FIVE STAR restoration crew!! Kane was the team leader and we have NEVER had better assistance like EVER to help us, encourage us and make us feel like everything will be ok! Kane, Joe, and the rest of their team we treated our home as if it was theirs!! When your house catches on fire you want the people involved in restoring and rebuilding it to be proactively communicative. Kane was great ably reaching out with updates and his entire team did a good job at the smoke remediation in preparation of rebuilding our home. Thanks!

Our rented shop flooded and we needed help fast. 1-800waterdamage responded and helped us right away. They kept checking the progress and after about a week cleaned up their equipment. Our landlord was very happy that we got it taken care of immediately.
