800 Water Damage just saved my kitchen. Tracy Conner, Anthony L., and Sam T. showed up and absolutely crushed it. They were fast, careful, and knew exactly what they were doing with the mold mitigation. They walked me through every step, treated my place with real respect, and left the kitchen looking cleaner and safer than it’s been in years. Used them to help after a rental had a leak. I told them I did not want to use insurance, was told that was fine. Day of they said they could not start work until I had a claim, I was out of town and finally caved to make a claim (which was denied, so now I get to carry that on my record for 5 years). Then I was told $1000 would probably cover it several times throughout the process, but bill came out to 65% higher They also never kept me in the loop about any of the work being done, including when the tenant rescheduled wit... read more
