I cannot recommend them enough. They were so professional and did a great job of sealing off the area they were fixing and cleaning up after themselves wiping everything down they did great. There were two guys that were here. Ones name was Austin and I wish I would have gotten the others name. Awesome job guys. Even worked around my kids being home from snow days
1-800 WATER DAMAGE provided excellent service when we needed it most. Our basement flooded and they were there to help by the very next day. I worked with Jordan Adams and he offered great expertise through the whole process and was very easy to communicate with. He has made this stressful time much better than I expected it to be. I would like to thank Parker S for doing such a great job on my house. He was professional and precise and did such a great job! I would recommend him to anyone who needs to have work done. Parker is a hard worker and let me know each day when he would arrive and was always on time, he never left me hanging. 1-800 water is lucky to have him!
In July we found water damage in our bathroom and kitchen. We had Jordan come out and he brought fans and humidifiers and completed the demo. Parker came out and completed the rebuild including installing our herringbone floor. Everyone was respectful and professional.
The day started with 9 inches of water in my crawl space. Our sump pump had gone out when we received all the rain. I called 1-800 Water Damage and they responded the same day. They gave me an estimate that was fair and scheduled to start in a couple days after the water was pumped out. Austin was the lead coordinator on my project. He explained everything they were doing.
