Came home to a flooded basement at 9pm and the crew was at my house within about an hour getting straight to work. The team was professional, friendly, and communicative throughout the entire process. If disaster strikes again, they will be the first people I call

Thank you for sending Justin, he explained everything so we understood what was needed and how much it would cost. He was very polite. If we ever had this problem again I would request that Justin come out to fix it. We will be telling anyone that has a problem about your company.

Having dealt with water damage many years ago I was not looking forward to having to go through the mitigation process, etc again. I must admit that the same day response time, quickly initiating removal of damaged property, expertise in ensuring all work was done properly all were done courtesy and professionally. The team then returned 5 0f the 7 days the dehumidifiers and fans were in place to make necessary adjustment and ensure that the drying process was progressing. 1-800 Water Damage was highly recommended to us by a friend. They were extremely happy with the work that had been done for them. We found the entire crew to be very professional, likeable and reliable. Justin was very knowledgeable and genuine -someone I immediately trusted.
