I had a fantastic experience resolving my water damage issues with Justin. Within the day of reaching out, Justin arrived at my house to begin the work. He was responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, & made everything as smooth as possible. He was also incredibly kind & went out of his way to ensure everything was taken care of. He explained the entire process in a way that made a very large issue feel much more understandable & manageable. I would recommend Justin for any water damage issues.

Our commercial building was damaged by a tornado in mid-April. The roof of one part of the building was completely torn off, leaving that area completely exposed to the elements. The water seeped right through the top floor and soaked the floor immediately below, and even damaged some areas in the floor below that. Our insurance company recommended calling 1-800 Water Damage of Southeast Michigan to deal with the damage. They showed up very quickly and began remediation.
