Adam is the owner of this company out of Savannah and he’s an absolute pleasure to work with. We had an extreme leak that lead to a lot of water damage, and he came through and thoroughly inspected the extent of the damage to ensure that we wouldn’t have any mold or internal issues later. Our washing machine flooded our brand new wooden floors. My husband called 1-800 Water Damage and Adam arrived in less than 30 minutes. He assessed the damage and cleaned up the water very efficiently. He also placed several fans/dehumidifiers to dry out the area to hopefully avoid having to rip up the floors. When we had a water leak that caused our kitchen to flood I called 1-800 water damage and Adam told me he would be there within an hour. He was there in 45 minutes and immediately went to work identifying the problem and what were the next steps that needed to be taken. He Traced all the areas that the water had damaged under the floors and then began removing the floors so he could then begin to dry them.
