Robert and his crew arrived when they said they would. He showed me what areas he would be working on and would notify me if they found anything different. They covered areas he felt needed to be covered to keep from mold spores from spreading. The work was completed on time. I would highly recommend them.
Robert Rodello responded to my request quickly. I called him on a Friday afternoon. He found time to come to my home on Saturday to assess my problem. He arrived with very sophisticated equipment to determine moisture and mold without being destructive. He spent about an hour giving us information and a plan. He is very professional, knows what he is talking about, and applied no pressure. He presented his estimate and proposal to us by Sunday night. We were in escrow and needed some items worked on. Robert came when he said he would and was very responsive and informative. The seller ended up hiring another company, but I would be glad to give him my business in the future (let's hope not any time soon!) !
