The people who work for this company are AMAZING! Especially Jaime and Robert. I cannot thank them enough for responding so quickly and making the needed repairs while constantly keeping me in the loop. Their customer service and communication is top tier and I would recommend them to anyone needing help with water damage concerns. Thank you guys for everything.
Had to ask 5 separate times for a receipt. After they finally sent it, the amount increased dramatically and then was told "you are lucky we didn't charge this amount"
Super Happy with the Service! I had a great experience with 1800 Water Damage. They helped repair a damaged ceiling and did an awesome job with the painting too—it looks like nothing ever happened! The staff were super friendly and really accommodating throughout the whole process. They made everything easy and even communicated with our insurance company!Definitely recommend them if you ever need repairs done right!
