Just had a great experience with 1800WaterDamage. Had a pipe burst after a round of several days and nights below freezing. Patrick took my call and was extremely helpful taking the time to explain the mitigation/restoration process and answer all my questions. Excellent experience! I had a water leak and they came to look at the damage. The leak must’ve been there for a while prior to failure. I did some remediation and they came out to take a look. I was told about what else I needed to do which was awesome. I got a quote for them to do but was not asked through the process if I wanted to do work.
