Would like to take time to give a huge shout out to 1-800 Water Damage of Peoria/Bloomington for coming out first thing this morning to take care of the sump pump flooding we had in our basement. Jordan Kohn and crew were very professional, thorough in making sure all questions/concerns were answered during process, making sure everything was cleaned up, all water pumped out, and damaged items were hauled away very quickly after. We had contracted with Jordan Kohn for a whole house cleaning as we were preparing to put our house on the market. In the meantime the storms hit Bloomington/Normal that created havoc. We had some water in our basement that created more problems. As seniors we were a bit overwhelmed. Jordan answered every call and text. Everyone involved in the clean up were pleasant and professional. We are very pleased with the results. I absolutely recommend Jordan Kohn and his company.

Phenomenal service! Despite having literally hundreds of water damage jobs, Jordan and his team were incredibly responsive at every turn. I could go on, but perhaps the best compliment is what was given by the reconstruction crew, who were incredibly impressed by the thorough job and level of detail. Kudos to Jordan and team - highly, highly recommend!

Jordan Kohn with 1800 Water Damage did an excellent job removing all the water, mold, and ruined carpet from my basement after it flooded this past month. During my frantic state, he responded ASAP and did an excellent job explaining his procedures ( he was very knowledgeable), worked hard and fast to make sure it was done right and efficient. Not only did he remove my baseboards, he painted and replaced them looking fabulous! I would highly recommend Jordan and this company to take care of any flooding needs!!

Jordan and his team did a great job of cleaning up our basement after a frozen water pipe. They arrived quickly and immediately started on the job. Explained everything they were doing along the way. Very pleased with their work and professionalism during a very stressful situation.
