Unbelievable! Be Aware of Crooks! I had minor water damage in my condo, and unfortunately, I contacted 1800WaterDamage for mitigation. This was one of the worst property management decisions I've ever made. A "technician," Johnnie did mitigation work with his co-worker. In the process, they damaged my vanity and dropped my sink, breaking it in half. The sink and vanity were newly installed as of 2018. Adding more to my first review as I had a second flood unrelated to the first. I called Johnnie crying after I found another flood in my condo. He came over within 40 mins and has just completed the rebuild. He is the best!!!! Johnnie is the best! He made this horrible experience as best as it could be. He was informative and professional. He is very knowledgeable and I looked to him for guidance. I definitely recommend Johnnie.
I would recommend Johnnie to ANYONE! I had a water leak in my house and this was the first major damage I experienced in my home. Johnnie was so patient and so kind. Not only did he remove the mold and damage but he provided the contractors that brought my new master bedroom vision to life. Use him! You won't regret it!
Johnnie Shafer and his team were life savers. We found a broken sewer pipe in an inaccessible crawl space under the home we had just purchased. Years of sewage had drained under the house and we could not find anyone who would do the job. We were worried the house would be condemned. Johnnie's team came in, removed floors floors out of two rooms, removed 33,000 pounds of contaminated matter, and then put the floors back in.
