I can’t recommend 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of North Broward enough! This is the company to use if you have water damage and mold. Steve Goldstein, the owner of 1-800-WATER DAMAGE was wonderful to work with. He always responded quickly to my calls and texts. I was confident in the way Steve answered any and all of my questions and concerns. He is a caring individual, a real mensch. From the first visit, reps were professional, courteous and thorough. Once it was determined a mold remediation was in order, Steven patiently explained the process and answered every question. He was always willing to address concerns and responded quickly when I called. Luis and his assistant were careful inside the residence and worked with me about scheduling my return. The team came in, told me to relax and that they would take care of everything, and they did! They handled the entire process, from start to finish, with courtesy, consideration, and kindness. I felt very comfortable with Steve Goldstein and trusted him immediately. I could tell he really cared about the safety and comfort of my family.
