These guys were great! They really came through for me in my time of need. Brian worked with my insurance adjuster to make sure that all of the areas of my house that were damaged were going to be covered. Chris managed the construction portion of my job and the work went great. They left my house clean and the repairs were done very professionally. I am thankful that they did such a great job.
Received prompt service initially but then they stopped returning calls and text. Have left over a dozen voice-mail and text with no response. Even called office and let them know I was unable to reach my rep. Very disappointing service. Still have unresolved issues and can't reach anyone.
Jennifer Ross was a top notch employee. Her communication throughout the process was fantastic. The work completed was good, timely, and the construction crew was very friendly.
Got off to a bit of a shaky start with communication which can be very frustrating, however they were very intentional in making it right. After connecting with Jennifer Ross, my confidence was restored 100%. She made it a point to make sure I was communicated with every step of the way until the job was complete. She was attentive, polite, sympathetic to the actual issues and VERY responsive. The contractors they used, all did a masterful job. Thank you all so much.
