The 1-800 water damage team was amazing! We had a flood in our second-floor bathroom, where water was coming through the ceiling on the first floor. They arrived onsite within an hour of our call and were exceptionally professional, considerate, and thoughtful throughout the process. I would recommend their services 100%!

I had water damage in my bathroom and called 1-800 Water Damage. Jordan came over the day after I called. He immediately identified the problem and told me what to do. The following Tuesday the crew showed up and did a FANTASTIC job cleaning up the damage. The guys were SUPER NICE, very clean, and very professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this company if you need any help with water damage!

Overall a good company. Very down to earth and compassionate about our situation- ceiling collasping inside our home due to wind. Quick to the job and quick to respond AND will advocate for you dealing with insurance claims. So far our experience has been top notch.
