Overall a good company. Very down to earth and compassionate about our situation- ceiling collasping inside our home due to wind. Quick to the job and quick to respond AND will advocate for you dealing with insurance claims. So far our experience has been top notch.

I can’t thank 1-800 Water Damage enough for their help with the mitigation and restoration of our newly constructed home that suffered water damage just two days after we moved in. We had a main drain back up during some torrential Spring storms. This company came in as soon as possible and dried out the basement. They even left me with extra cleaner in a spray bottle so I could clean supplies left in basement.

I don't recommend this company. They came out for a flooded basement, quoted water restoration And reconstruction to get it back to normal completely. Once the reconstruction manager and owner were involved they claimed it was a misunderstanding, and the verbal quote was only for the water portion even though I had 2 people here that witnessed it for everything.
