Chad at 1800 WaterDamage was a lifesaver. I was due to leave for vacation in hours when I noticed my basement had been flooded due to weather conditions in March. Chad showed up in within an hour or so, provided an estimate and got to work. I was able to leave for vacation while he handled everything from clean up to dealing with insurance. Mr. Lindamood was here with members of his staff over a period of several days off and on. They drained the seepage, tore up the carpeting and lining, dragged the trash out to the curb for pickup, left a dehumidifier in place over several days, and then turned on a fan that had to be heard to be believed. If I could give this 100 stars, I would! Basement flooded last Friday due to all the rain. Called insurance & 1800 water damage at 10:30p not expecting a response. We talked to Chad who was friendly, helpful & said he would be there first thing the next morning. Chad & Bruce spent 9 hours at our home Saturday extracting 6000 gallons of water!
