Having previously been disappointed by slow service, I was pleased when they promptly arrived and finished the dehumidification process in just under three hours. The technician identified a hidden source of moisture that previous companies had overlooked, which seems to have made all the difference this time around.
Quick drying, prevented further damage.
Fantastic customer service from start to finish. They handled the structural drying efficiently and left our living room completely clean and dry
The difficulty was that there was a lot of water damage beneath the plasterboard and they were able to take the wet pieces off over a few hours without leaving a mess. They also gave suggestions on proper drying methods to prevent future moisture problems.
Very reliable restoration service. The technicians arrived on time, explained each step, and worked hard to restore the damaged areas. Everything was handled professionally, carefully, and efficiently.
