We are very pleased with Dry-masters of Maine. We found a leak behind drywall and a cabinet. They gave us an estimate within a day. They did there work soon after the leak was fixed. Jason and the team were professional, kept us updated of progress, and answered all of our questions. The job was completed and we received a packet of pictures and test results. They were a great choice!
Dry Masters went above and beyond to make sure we understood the entire remediation process, and that everything went smoothly. Jason was sure to keep us up to date on progress, and the whole experience was hassle free. We would highly recommend them!
Would highly recommend. I called with some concerns and they came out the next day to assess. We discussed various testing options, he did a thorough evaluation, tested moisture readings, and made a recommendation. There were more expensive tests that we could do but it wasn't about selling me the most expensive option. I truly felt like I got an honest evaluation based on years of experience. Will absolutely call them again if we need anything else that their services cover.
Excellent company to work with. Communication was clear and prompt . Very knowledgeable about all types of mold species and remediation. Work was done professionally and thoroughly. Their included post remediation mold testing confirms the high quality work they do. I'll start by saying the owner Jason is one of the most respectable gentleman I've ever met. He made this excruciating experience, an educational and almost positive one. I had the unfortunate reality of a pipe bursting under my flooring, causing significant flooding in my home. I made the call to Dry Masters, and Jason got back to me within an hour.
