The customer service representatives are very rude when I asked him to take me off your calling list they hang up in my face and continue to call me every single day it is drive me crazy and I’ve asked him to stop but they are not listening!
I get calls d dry single day from this company. When I ask to bf removed from their calling list they hang up on me. When I ask who to speak to about being removed they hang up on me. When I ask to speak with a manager they hang up on me. They also want to speak with the man of the house. Do not use.
Makes random calls bothering people. Says his name is Steven Smith with a hard middle eastern accent. ANOTHER SOLICITOR! if I want your business I'll call you!
It wasn't an easy experience, but we did finally get our system installed, but then it took more than 3 months to get it on line, and so many phone calls I can't even estimate how many. Eventually the system got going and has been trouble free for 2 years until now. The system is reporting 2 microinvertors having problems and I have spent 3 days trying to contact someone, anyone, to come check it and repair it. Does anybody that has experienced problems, have a repair company they can recommend?
Since you have to tap a star to even give a review I will tap one but it’s actually -10 the company is no longer even in business and I have multiple issues and no one to talk to
