Terrible doesn't even START to describe this catastrophe. We had a home flood in January, it flooded and damaged entirely 2 bathrooms, a bedroom, my kitchen and my outside porch. This company came out to my home, stood in my home, looked me in the eyes and told me "don't worry were going to take care of you guys". Well needless to say, they didn't and just created more inconvenience and work for us, the homeowners. There are awesome, very professional, most of all they all were very compassionate and caring throughout my devastating process. I’m very thankful.
Tracy and Nicole provided excellent communication and customer service from the beginning. They made sure to check in throughout my pack-out, were receptive to my questions, took great care in handling my possessions and did what they’d say they’d do. The entire process went smoothly and they helped us to stay on schedule. Major home repairs are stressful at best but they went above and beyond in every aspect of the project so we had one less thing to have to worry about. They are truly the best!
