Malcolm at Pack Rat was by far the friendliest customer service agent I have spoken to and made the process very clear and easy. They were able to accommodate my quick storage needs and pricing was very reasonable. I would 100% recommend using Pack Rat!

Don’t use them. They will quote one thing and continue to charge you. In one months time I was charged $900. I could’ve hired movers for this local move for $650. SMH! They don’t pro-rate. And customer service is lacking. I will never use them ever again and don’t recommend them to anyone. -receiving my full container was a nightmare in its self.. My quote was $471 total for the move to and from and one months storage. They lie!

1-800-Pack-Rat was the perfect solution for my move from CT to FL. They dropped of a container, I filled it at my leisure, they picked it up and stored it for 2 months, then delivered it long distance to my new address when I was ready. It was far and away a better option than renting a truck for multiple reasons. All the drivers were amazing and very professional. These guys know their stuff!
