You guys are terrible at pod deliveries because you said yesterday that you deliver the pod at 1:30pm you didn't deliver it until 5:30pm now your driver and boss of that driver said and I quote "company has rules we can't drive on the grass" and the president of the hoa said go ahead and the driver started leaving after saying that she can't do it and better yet there's a concrete roundabout and she can just drop it there she said AND I QUOTE "I can't do that either im leaving" she left us to be EVENTUALLY SUED BY BIG TURTLE... read more

The representative Greg Harris was very professional, quick and friendly. He was very knowledgeable when asked questions and very prompt. He called me to let me know exact time of arrival and arrived on time. It was a very Quick, easy and seamless process. I would recommend using this company and their service provider to friends, family and any one who asks.
Horrible experience. Cancelled delivery an hour before scheduled drop off for a cross country move.
