Absolute worst! Do not use. I have used twice and each time never had the pod delivered until a day later. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me! No callbacks when message left. Phone system is the worst. They give excuses on the phone and no offer of compensation as I had booked and paid for movers with no pod to pack.
Complete nightmare! My order was completely entered on the computer by the sales team member incorrectly. I was on the phone for one hour being pasted on to three different people. Finally canceled the orders. Had to pick one star to post review, would have posted 0 stars if I could!
Our driver Wendor (also known as Mr. Perfect) was such a huge help and very professional. He was very punctual and handled our belongs with care. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer person or a better experience - THANK YOU Mr. Perfect, you truly were perfect!
disgusting place, with inadequate staff who do not understand their job at all.
Absolutely the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Hidden fees, 2 day late pick up even after I called to have it picked up early but was told that is a $75 up charge. They are not cheaper than any other company so might as well stay away.
