⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Do NOT Use This Company I genuinely regret choosing Pack-Rat. What they advertise and what they actually do are completely different. When I signed up, they emphasized that they were a “transparent, straightforward company with no hidden fees.” That turned out to be completely false. I was explicitly told that once my belongings arrived in Idaho, I would be able to pay for my storage in installments. Had two containers scheduled to be picked up on the same date. One was picked up and the other 2 days later. We were then charged $78 for one pick up fee and $147 for another pick up fee. (Onsite driver was very friendly and great to work with) They may beat other prices up front but they’ll get ya in the end.
