I haven’t used other companies, So I can’t do a side-by-side comparison, however, there’s really no need; if I can use this company in the future, I definitely will. My experience has been top-notch - from the sales reps, the customer service reps, to the driver’s… Mine was Joshua for both drop off and pick up. I had a temporary situation where the contents of my home had to be emptied so that the electricians could do a complete rewire. They give you an estimated window of pick up and will call you an hour out from your pic... read more

I used Pack Rat to move from DFW - Texas to the Nature Coast - Florida. I could not be more pleased with how well the whole process worked. They met my price point. When an ice storm hit North Texas the week of my scheduled move they proactivity reached out to me for new dates. The drivers were wonderful, put the container where I asked them. I would use them again. I would recommend them to friends and family.
