THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EVERY LITTLE THING! BE CAREFUL AND FULLY UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO! They only tell you about thier monthly pricing what they don't tell you is about all thier fees that is in the fine print. Customers Services is so rude. AS I was declining their 4100 move with a 50% discount for a 1 bedroom from fl to Colorado. The agent hung up.

Jackson was amazing. He made the process quick and easy. Really helped me out in a very bad pinch the PODS left me in. He made everything OK and I was so relieved. He really worked with me and I so appreciate him and the company. Very professional and respectful.
