I called this company two days ago just to get a quote. They kept me on the phone for 20 minutes and gave me a price that I wasn’t happy with. I told them I would check with other companies, but the representative I spoke with kept insisting that I make a reservation, reassuring me that I could cancel at any time. He was very nice and said it would give him “points” if I booked with him, so eventually I agreed and made the reservation. Edward is an exemplary container shipper. But unfortunately 1800packrat was the absolute worst part of my out of state relocation. They did not fulfill any of their responsibilities on time, for instance the containers arrived over a week late, then they were picked up a day late, then they mixed up the containers which were going to different locations. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Their errors cost me thousands of dollars and more stress than anyone should have to go through, when selling a house and moving put of state.
