I arrived for unloading at 6:00 PM. The warehouse opened the next morning at 8:30 AM, and I was first in line. However, they unloaded trucks that arrived after me before unloading me. I ended up being the last truck unloaded and left the facility at 11:15 AM. Because of this delay, I missed my second drop appointment. The unloading process was not organized or fair.
