03/04/2026 Review — Crystal — Pack Rat Driver Crystal, our Pack Rat driver, was excellent. She picked up our container with impressive skill and efficiency, handling the placement and retrieval smoothly and confidently. She was also extremely personable and professional, which made the process easy and stress-free. Highly recommended — excellent service.
Manager Rob B was extremely friendly and called a day before to coordinate details about the container delivery. 5/5 stars for manager Rob.
Not only incompetent its also a like a scam. A moving company that wont move you out of their small service area!! Now I have to UNLOAD all my stuff into another company's unit (ONE THAT WILL FINISH THE JOB) On top of that they delivered the unit backwards in the 1st place and offered no resolution. just..."thats whats on the paper work." screw you guys!!! Companies like yours should be audited and closed down!! HAWK TUAW!
