Go with this company!! Wish I could give them 10 stars, here’s why. After considering several companies for a portable storage container I chose 1-800-Pack-Rat because they were the most economical. I ordered it on Friday afternoon for Saturday. Within one hour I received a call to schedule the drop off for the next morning. The delivery driver was the new manager Rob. Lisa is AWESOME!! She was so accurate with her drop offs and pick up. Best part, she was so fun to be around. She knew the area we were moving to and gave us great suggestions for great food!! She was very personable. I actually miss her. Dedrick was cool too!! Thanks Pack-Rat for having good employees to make our adventure so much more!!

Rob did a great job dropping our two loaded containers perfectly in tight spaces. I felt he respected our belongings. He was also very efficient.
