If you want a smooth, worry free move DO NOT CAAALL PACK-RAT!!! -The container delivery driver did not follow instructions and left with the container. -They did not notify me that this was happening. I had to spend 45 minutes on hold with 2 different departments to discuss why my container was not dropped off. -After initial Thursday drop off did not happen, it was rescheduled for Saturday.
