Arrived on time, the young lady offloading the unit was efficient and professional. Easily worked with me on extending my rental with no hassle. Pick up was smooth and easy. I highly recommend Pack Rat for yard storage for rehab!

This is the most ridiculous company I've ever worked with. If you want hidden fees (an extra $300!), constant delays (longer than 2 weeks to get my belongings after 3+ separate rescheduled dates), and VERY rude customer service (Ian "supervisor" from their headquarters in Norh Carolina (total jerk), sure, go with them! I will forever warn people of this ridiculous company. You should spend a little more money and go with the competition.

All around a great experience! Stephanie F. was incredibly helpful and professional. Clarissa was super sweet and also very helpful. Very easy to order and delivery was seamless. I highly recommend 1800 pack rat to those looking for an alternative to pods.

DO NOT USE PACK-RAT!!!!! I ordered a Pack Rat storage unit. The unit that was delivered was damaged. Pack Rat knowingly delivered a unit that had ceiling damage that they duct-taped. The unit leaked, and ruined my belongings, and Pack Rat refuses to compensate me for my damaged, moldy furniture. The damage had been there long enough to cause rusting on the floor underneath the shoddy repair.
