This is the WORST! moving company EVER! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY RUINED MY YARD AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE GUTS TO COME OUT AND FIX WHAT THEY DID. TRY CALLING THEIR 800 NUMBER AND NOONE ANSWER. THEY ARE NOT VERY RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE/COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I contacted this company to store my belongings because I had to move into my new place for two weeks. I reached the 1800 number to get a quote and pay for everything. Unlike previous customers, my experience was seamless. I knew what the upfront costs would be. The only issue we encountered was that the truck had mechanical problems and could not deliver on the day promised. Took off work for pods to be delivered yesterday and they don't show spent all afternoon trying to find answers customers service took a hour to get on phone... only to be hung up on... finally talk to a supervisor pods where suppose to be here between 10am and 12 and they haven't showed! Wait time is over 45 min to just talk to someone that's not going to give you the right answer! At this point I just want my money back! I have lost valuable time and it has cost me a 1000.00 dollars in missed work! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
