Customer beware, you're in for the worst service. Save yourself the time and money. Not only was my pod delayed, but they never bothered to notify us about the delays. When I went to call, the wait times were around an hour, and still I have no pod. The customer service is so hit or miss, with one person literally cutting me off and hanging up on me. I have hated every minute of this experience.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Not only were they supposed to deliver our pod days ago, but they never called or emailed and updated us. We understand that things happen, but the professional thing to do is to communicate when delays happen. We never received updates on delays, and instead, had to call and wait for hours on hold, each time the promised delivery date came and went. Would give zero stars if I could. Worst and most frustrating experience ever. If you value your things - spend the money on a moving company that knows what they are doing. Terrible all around. Worst customer service, zero communication, and constant delays. Stay away from Pack-Rat!!!

This company is an absolute cluster. I wish I had just paid more to use a competitor. I fully understand why they are cheaper but they were still over $8,000 for 3 pods. You are paying for horrible service and the folks selling to you and answering their phones have no idea what they are doing. Their sales team told me from the time I call to ask for my pods to be delivered to the final destination(s) it would take 3-5 days. I had a great experience with the Jacksonville team! I was initially contacted by the call center and told my container wouldn't be delivered for another four days, which would have been a huge problem since I wouldn't have had any help moving my belongings. Thankfully, I was able to get in touch with Greg, the Territory Manager, and he went above and beyond to fit me into the delivery schedule that same day.
