THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EVERY LITTLE THING! BE CAREFUL AND FULLY UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO! They only tell you about thier monthly pricing what they don't tell you is about all thier fees that is in the fine print. Terrible people I’m glad the news exposed yall for who you really are!
In California they were good. Communicated through everything. Called when on their way and when they got there etc. Here in Florida they do whatever they want whenever. They DUMPED our container in our new apartment complex without telling us they were on the way or that they arrived. Dumped it sideways and cockeyed in a really bad spot. WE NEVER WOULD HAVE ALLOWED THEM TO PLACE IT LIKE THAT!!!! They tried delivering it last week to a different place which was also never planned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I RENTED THREE PODS AND THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY A NIGHTMARE! THEY DID NOT KEEP DELIVERY DATES, PICK UP DATES. WHEN YOU CALL THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, ZERO CONCERN FOR YOUR BELONGINGS!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!
