In California they were good. Communicated through everything. Called when on their way and when they got there etc. Here in Florida they do whatever they want whenever. They DUMPED our container in our new apartment complex without telling us they were on the way or that they arrived. Dumped it sideways and cockeyed in a really bad spot. WE NEVER WOULD HAVE ALLOWED THEM TO PLACE IT LIKE THAT!!!! They tried delivering it last week to a different place which was also never planned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I RENTED THREE PODS AND THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY A NIGHTMARE! THEY DID NOT KEEP DELIVERY DATES, PICK UP DATES. WHEN YOU CALL THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, ZERO CONCERN FOR YOUR BELONGINGS!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

The only decent thing about the whole experience were the drivers were very nice professional and helpful. It is a crazy amount of charges and fees for their service $50 to have them delivered $50 to have them picked up an extra fee for the gas that is needed to drop off and pick up from their central location And of course the monthly fee of storage which for us was over $600. I could’ve just stored it myself and moved everything myself. That much money for the convenience of everything being moved in a pod, not worth it.

I was originally informed that once my containers were picked up, they would arrive at my new address within 7 business days. However, I have now discovered that this timeline was not followed, and the lack of communication and misinformation I’ve received from this company has caused significant and unnecessary stress during an already difficult move. My containers were picked up on July 22, and I was expecting delivery by July 31 at the latest. Concerned about the status, I contacted their customer service team on July 27 ... read more
