We had an appointment to load stuff into our storage unit on Saturday and they already had it ready for us. It was also storming outside and they allowed us to access the unit inside which was super helpful.
Paid extra to have the pod delivered in the am. Never showed up all day. Spent 30 min on the phone trying to cancel the order.
Mr. Brandon got me in out fast w/ Great service I give this place a 10 Thumbs 👍🏼!!!!
Fernando was literally amazing! He was such a patient and helpful guy. He really helped out and didn’t make it seem like it’s a tedious job, but one he enjoys helping with. Moving is always stressful and never easy, but when it goes smoothly and you feel support from the team then it makes it an enjoyable experience!!
Belongings were ruined by water and bugs. Customer service was horrible as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
