Delivery of contaner was seamless and prompt, as was pick up. They very carefully picked up, moved and dropped off the container plus stored my container in their secure storage. There has never been an issue, even when I had to give a short notification request once. I'd give 10 stars if it was possible! Chandra & Mark at the KCMO store facility are THE VERY BEST!

Loved working with this company …very professional from start to finish . Pod was stored, then delivered a month later . Everything was intact , exactly as is when it arrived. The guy placed it perfectly on a sloping driveway that was a challenge…but he handled it perfectly 🥳🥳❤️❤️

10/10 do NOT recommend using 1-800-PACKRAT for anything under any circumstance EVER!!! They tell you when they deliver the pod the best assured way to make sure your belongings arrive to your desired destination safely.....well do not trust them we did EXACTLY what they said to do and yesterday when my whole house arrived I opened the door to the pod and everything poured out of the doors no longer in the box or totes they were packed in! It legit looked like a dumpster. I had to sort and repack almost everything! So we call... read more
