The local team for 1800 Pack Rate in the Denver Metro area were great. We used as storage for staging a home. The drop off to load and pick up were as scheduled. The driver was communicative and friendly. On the drop off and subsequent pick up we needed it picked up a day early to accommodate our movers. The driver provided us with his supervisors name, Ben, along with his number. Ben was so helpful in getting it picked back up empty a day sooner. If I could give this company zero stars I would. Agreed to a price they charged my card several hundred dollars more now is continuing to charge more. An additional $700 today that was not agreed to. Reaching representative after the sale is made is impossible. Transferred multiple times. Hours on hold. They were easy to reach before they made the sale. Fraudulent business practices and you are at their mercy as they hav all of your stuff
I used 1800packrats for our move from California to Colorado. The San Diego group was great Austin called the day before to let me know what time the would be arriving. Brian our delivery driver was great. He made sure the container was turned the correct way and was level
