Timothy did a fantastic job; he was a clear communicator, efficiently and effectively dropping three 16 foot containers in front of the house. He did an excellent job managing the distance required to enable the unloaders to maneuver between trees and neighbors yard. And did all this with cheerful countenance and safety assurance. Bravo Timothy! If the rest of my move goes as smoothly I’ll be fortunate.
If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. We have been navigating the most stressful move this summer. The ONLY reason we were made aware of the roof collapse in Aurora CO is because we called to retrieve our pod. ONLY then we're we told there was structural damage to the storage building. Delivery delayed by a month. Only updates I received were a result of me calling and investigating. Information was always vague and hard to dig up. The roof collapsed, it was public knowledge but this information was never offered to me directly by them. Over the course of the month, I was given 3 separate delivery dates that were never fulfilled. We had nothing and had to rebuy everything required for day-to-day life. It's a long story that spans from one mistake to the next on their part. I'll spare the details here as I've already wasted too much time and money on this company for our cross-country move. TLDR; for a moving company, there are terrible at logistics and communication.
