Hello, I chose pack rat after price comparison. The price was reasonable. Their online ordering was the only thing working in December had to wait for a call back (which tookover 4 hours to receive) to learn about that, never was able to access their system at all, calling and being put on a call back list was well over 5 hours, sitting on the phone waiting for a customer service representative was the same wait time if not longer. Make sure you schedule the pick up date they will swindle you out of a full month of rental. Worst customer experience literally just no care for the clients. Kevin the accounts manager is the absolute worst. Dont recommend using this particular company. I know I never will again

This review is for the second half of the process: them having possession of my stuff and me waiting for it to get dropped off. The first portion of using them (setting it up, getting the empty container, then taking the full container) in Oregon went great. Edit: I guess I should mention when they finally stopped delaying it the guy who dropped it off did it on time after calling me to let me know.
