STAY AWAY! As many others have listed very deceptive pricing and the grand total is MUCH more than the initial highlighted quote and pricing is unclear. In addition to a pod delivery and one month storage at our home, there’s a delivery fee. The grand actual total is not outlined. Canceled after being on hold for 30+ minutes. I will NEVER use this company in the future.
If it were possible to leave a negative 5 star review, I would. This is without a doubt the single worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune of enduring. Not only did they try to charge me 3K TWICE, they said my furniture would be shipped and delivered long distance move from NY to Denver on September 30, 2026. Today, the day it was to be delivered, I find out not only is it not being delivered today...IT NEVER LEFT NY. 10 days late shipping my pod, and arrived reeking of mildew
Cynthia helped me. She was very professional and was determined to drop the pod somewhere that was convenient. I cannot say enough about her. This was a difficult time for me and she met me with kindness. She really made my day! Now, regarding the service from the agency- they are horrible. Multiple phone calls, lots of time on hold and having to tell them the same things we had done two times before. They did nothing but waste my time. I suspect there will be another issue before this process is over!
