I am extremely frustrated with how this delivery was handled. The truck absolutely damaged my tree while attempting to place the container. This was not a minor inconvenience or simple driveway scuff — there is visible damage to the trunk of the tree in front of my property. The equipment appeared to be in poor condition, and the driver did not seem properly trained or prepared to safely maneuver in a residential neighborhood. Untrained driver in the fast lane - clogging up traffic. Colorado law is left lane is for passing only. This big overweight truck isn’t passing anyone in fact he is getting passed

Deceptive company. I called for a quote. Was told if I want to lock-in the price, they needed a card on file and the guy said “it only needs a dollar on it” since I wouldn’t be charged until I have a definitive date in mind and I call them back. They asked for a guess for the date. Then they tried charging a deposit of $500 after I was told my card wouldn’t be charged unless I proceeded with the services.
