Dishonest company. They do not honor their online quoted price. Didn't matter I had quote number and screen shot, didn't even want to look or hear about it. Quote was not expired, order placed within minutes of quote. They quote one thing and charge another. Pathetic, never again.
Terrible service. Worst service on earth. Puts you in hold indefinitely, except when you're signing up. Just as high of pricing as PODS, but without any of the quality.
BEST MOVING DECISION WE EVER MADE!! Great Company! Very professional. Driver, Shannon Brown was phenomenal!! Besides being polite and courteous, he also went above & beyond. We will definitely use 1-800 PACK-RAT again if we move in the future.
Everyone had been a pleasure to deal with - Ted on the phone, Shannon and Stacy delivering the containers. So much more enjoyable and helpful than the 5 moving companies we spoke to!!
Great experience from the West Palm Beach office! The entire team exceeded our expectations. Ted's expert management of scheduling allowed us to finish a day early with a 3 container order. His skill in coordinating delivery and pick up was a great help. The local drivers were fantastic as well. Shannon was friendly, patient and offered great suggestions.
