I am extremely disappointed with my experience with 1-800-PACK-RAT and, more specifically, with how they handled damage caused during retrieval of our containers. During the original delivery, one of the drivers was clearly still being trained and was working with another employee. When the containers were later picked up, that same driver was alone. We moved out of a 2800!sf house in June 2026. It was a very stressful time. The one element that made it ok was Pack Rat. The drivers besides over the top courtesy. Customer friendly is on a scale of 1 tob10 it’s 25Ted coordination and pick and deliveries were mind blowing. If he said betweenn9 and 11 a driver always called to say 15? Si pudiera dar menos lo hiciera, no les interesa el cliente solo su dinero. Al momento de contratar el servicio son los mejores y para cobrar aún más, pero para realizar la entrega no les interesa el cliente, no responden a las llamadas, te dejan horas esperando en la llamada no recibes tu container en el tiempo acordado. Me hicieron perder dinero ya que tenía agendado a una compañía que descargaría mi container y perdí el servicio y ellos no se hicieron responsables. The experience was Perfect and professional. Clear communication from the get go. All deliveries and pick ups were on time. Ted is the manager and he was definitely on to of his schedule. All drivers were extremely polite personal and courteous with heavy equipment. Although my experience the NATIONAL Pack Rat was not exceptional this local service made up for it.
