Si pudiera dar menos lo hiciera, no les interesa el cliente solo su dinero. Al momento de contratar el servicio son los mejores y para cobrar aún más, pero para realizar la entrega no les interesa el cliente, no responden a las llamadas, te dejan horas esperando en la llamada no recibes tu container en el tiempo acordado. The experience was Perfect and professional. Clear communication from the get go. All deliveries and pick ups were on time. Ted is the manager and he was definitely on to of his schedule. All drivers were extremely polite personal and courteous with heavy equipment. Although my experience the NATIONAL Pack Rat was not exceptional this local service made up for it.

Thank you Pack Rat. After getting screwed over by that other pod place you have showed me what exceptional service really is. Our phone contact Ted was very helpful and understanding. He made this move so easy. Our driver Brian was kind, courteous, very respectful and takes pride in his job. Kudos 👏 to you both. Great experience I would definitely use you again.

We had trouble communicating with the 800 number but Ted, the operations manager in West Palm Beach was amazing! So accommodating and helpful. Rarely are people in business this helpful. He made the case to use Pak Rats, if ever needed in the future.

Dishonest company. They do not honor their online quoted price. Didn't matter I had quote number and screen shot, didn't even want to look or hear about it. Quote was not expired, order placed within minutes of quote. They quote one thing and charge another. Pathetic, never again.
