Complete joke of a company. They no-showed us on the date of delivery with no phone call. I contacted corporate and they couldn’t even get the facility manager on the phone for an entire day to find out whats going on. Then they just show up at 7am the next day, without calling, and the trailer mechanism malfunctions where they were unable to lower it down and leaks hydraulic fluid all over my driveway in the process. I’d leave a zero if I could. Storage unit was supposed to be dropped off Thursday. Never heard from them. Friday morning they called the wrong number so my delivery got skipped. I called and fixed the contact and was assured it would be delivered later Friday or early Saturday. On to Saturday and no one can get a hold of the local facility. Now im supposed to move in a couple days and I have to scramble to find an alternative. So yeah, don’t go with pack rat
Broken items found acte4 they moved my containers then brought it back the dumb driver pull3d it up to the curb so close now we can even open the door to move stuff inside. They suck!
This company sucks, never again. Place an order and have my men unload a whole house for a pod that was never coming just for me having to call at the very end of the day to find out they aren’t coming at all because the driver said he worked his full amount of hours for the day and had no more time. UNPROFESSIONAL
DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I moved into a condo community and carefully scheduled my POD to be dropped off on a Friday and picked up the next day (Saturday). I made sure to let them know my HOA only allowed a 2 day maximum and they assured me they would be able to accommodate. Well, my POD was never delivered on Friday, instead it was delivered Saturday NIGHT. I never even received a call from the company or driver about the delay in my POD.
