Ordered a pod. Told it would be here on 4/30. Called at 1200, told it's now coming between 2 and 6. Called at 6pm. Now told it would be here between 4:15 and 8:15. Remember, on the phone at 6pm. They were going to start charging me when they delivered it even though I wasn't able to start filling it. On top of that, they said it would be delivered to it's destination in 7days. Our experience with 1-800-PackRat was by far the worst experience we have ever had with any company. From start to finish the process was frustrating, disorganized, and incredibly stressful. Their service and dispatch departments were difficult to deal with and trying to get in touch with a manager was nearly impossible. We were repeatedly promised things that never happened, and every time we followed up we were given a new excuse. It felt like we were told lie after lie with no real effort to fix the situation.
