Had a great experience with today's pod drop-off! Our driver (Tim G.) called 30 minutes before arrival, and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional (We are moving to SW Florida, and my review is for the process so far - which has been 5-Star).
I contacted PackRat to get a quote and ended up spending more than an hour on the phone without ever receiving one. It was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve had. The representative was consistently condescending and dismissive. He repeatedly asked the same questions, claimed the comparison emails I sent were blank, and placed me on hold multiple times. Juan was very friendly, courteous and quick. He obviously knew how to maneuver the truck and container and had a difficult position to work within.
