This review is only for the first half of using packrat: getting it all set up and the container pickup and drop off. I'm leaving a 2 star review on the destination city's page for the rest of the process. I have no idea if my bad experience (drop off getting delayed over and over) represents the company as a whole or just the local branch. But getting it set up was easy. The sales guy was very polite. Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Spencer at this location - he was immensely helpful, courteous and professional to work with. We shipped a container from Arizona to the Fairview Oregon location for storage for a few months, then we had it delivered to its final destination. The container was delivered and pickup in a timely manner, and the drivers are all very nice. If you need to move items across the country and put them in storage, we highly recommend using 1-800 Pack Rat!
