Bill was excellent! He put the container exactly where I wanted it.
I called to schedule for movers..they didn’t inform me that they have insurance that they provide. I called the very same day to cancel my movers… they took my money after I cancelled. Because they Have separate companies that they do not tell you that .. you have to call & cancel. So my money was taken , after I called and cancelled the same day. When I finally recognized that they took my money .. they charged me a $50 fee.
Top notch service. I believe my driver’s name was Steven, and he was great. Friendly and helpful; I had some questions on contents that he cleared up, and he was great at dropping the container off, picking it up and moving it (in a monsoon, no less).
Steven was extremely personable and professional. He gave us all the info we needed and put our minds at ease since we've never used container storage before. Great experience!
