First time and best experience from quote to pick up. I packed the large container from top to bottom and back to front with furniture, and clothing. I also needed it for storage for a few months. I preferred to have the items close, so I could remove items at my own pace. I hope I don’t move any time soon but if I had to move, I would use Pack Rat again. Throughout the time I used Pack Rat, I still looked at other containers and even with the competitor’s specials, I still got a better deal.
The service I received was excellent. Tyler and Reddex were respectful and responsible. They got the job done. The price of having my pack rat over an extended time was too expensive. Overall service was good.
Spectacular experience. Worked with me with a challenging move. We had to change dates, be creative with pod placement, needed storage. They accomplished a difficult move over several months. We are appreciative!! Easy to deal with. Very available by phone, text, email. I had the phone number of the main man and he always took my calls and solved problems. They never had a problem accommodating us. I’ve used them for a couple of moves now and this one seals the deal
