Carlos was great. Set done the storage unit exactly where we wanted. Fast and easy delivery.
1800 PACK RAT was above and beyond my expectations. So much better than their competitor that starts with a P. The process of getting quote, setting delivery dates, etc., took 20 minutes and I had a guarantee that my shipment of unusual items under unusual circumstances would be delivered on time.
Tyler and Kevin eased my stress and worry with my pod delivery. Kevin went above and beyond with our delivery and they were both so nice.
Items of ours were broken and upon final pickup we were not told that their lock provided to us wasn’t supposed to be attached which led to a rescheduled pickup.
