Very bad customer service not dependable or reliable customer service i paid for a pod a week in advance they told me between 8am and noon it was @ 7pm wen they called and asked can they deliver on the next day but keep in mind they took my money a week ago and they stop answering calls @ noon then send you to a A I answering machine please take your business to the actual pod company there the best and better deals
The gentleman was very polite and helpful. All the supposrt personnel were helpful and responded in a timely matter. So far so good!!! Using the storage unit to store home goods during house repairs.
The New Orleans driver/employee, Will, was very kind and helpful in placing the container in a difficult tight spot. Containers are high quality and superior to other services. We moved from Utah to New Orleans.
