Steer clear, just go with PODS. I called on a Monday to ask if they would be able to accommodate a move the following Monday. I was told they “should be able to do that” and oh look, they can deliver the box tomorrow! Just have to pay a next day fee (otherwise they couldn’t make it work the rest of the week). So I pay the fee, and it gets delivered, though two hours after the window he gave me. No biggie. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. They were a complete no show 2 days in a row and this was after receiving confirmation emails and phone calls each day. The 3rd day when we were promised it would be top priority in the morning because WE ALREADY NEEDED IT, we didn't receive a call from the driver until 1;00 pm. It was too late, we had to scramble to make other arrangements. Terrible! Would NOT recommend.
Melvin and the team were great, very pleased to have had him drop off the containers. Very good at communicating and friendly. Dropped off exactly where we wanted them.
Melvin was great! Explained everything and put it right where we wanted it.
