Justin was fantastic from start to finish. He was extremely kind and professional when he dropped off the storage unit and just as respectful and efficient when he picked it up. He worked with me on placement, was careful with my property, and made the whole process much easier than I expected. Genuinely a great person to work with. I would absolutely recommend Pack Rat, especially if Justin is handling the delivery and pickup.

I had an outstanding delivery experience with Hippie! He delivered my container right on time and handled everything with care and professionalism. He made sure the placement was perfect was patient while I double checked the spot and went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and stress-free it’s clear he takes pride in his work. If you’re scheduling a delivery, I highly recommend requesting Hippie. You won’t be disappointed.

Container was to be delivered on Wednesday 10/29/25, just got a call that it will now be Friday 10/31/25. We already had helpers paid and scheduled to be here Wednesday, will be out that money due to "shipping delay". 2 more days without some of our business equipment, which is lost profit. We have tried to reach customer service a few times in between the move dates and can never get a representative on the phone. Going through a home remodel so I checked around for a storage pod. Pack Rat provided the best price and great customer service. The pod and was delivered timely and placed perfectly by Trent who was professional and did a great job.
