Container was to be delivered on Wednesday 10/29/25, just got a call that it will now be Friday 10/31/25. We already had helpers paid and scheduled to be here Wednesday, will be out that money due to "shipping delay". 2 more days without some of our business equipment, which is lost profit. We have tried to reach customer service a few times in between the move dates and can never get a representative on the phone. Going through a home remodel so I checked around for a storage pod. Pack Rat provided the best price and great customer service. The pod and was delivered timely and placed perfectly by Trent who was professional and did a great job.
Do not use this company or give credit card info bill charges do not match the quotes they give you plus will automatically go up on monthly charges not your quoted charge
BE AWARE!!!! I scheduled a pickup 5 days prior to the pickup. They picked it up on a Monday and then billed me on Tuesday. They said it wasn't 5 days prior as it says in the contract. It's a case of semantics! What company charges someone for a month of service when they picked the container up prior to the next month of service!! On top of that, they said they would pick it up between 3pm and 5pm and they got here at 940pm. Ruined our plans for the evening! Definitely use another company!
Justin helped me get 3 containers situated in a really tight complex. He was professional and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend! The manager Jordan was also amazing!
