Just wanted to give a shout out to the Pensacola Pack Rat guys, specifically Jordan and Keith. I dropped by and personally met Jordan to schedule my delivery…he pulled up pictures of the property and identified exactly where they would be placed…and throughout the process, he kept me posted on drop off/pick up times. On the delivery side, Keith is a total pro. With limited space, he dropped my container exactly where I wanted it, and was cognizant enough to lay down protective blocks so as not to damage my driveway. He made ... read more

This has been the smoothiest move of my 73 years on earth The Pack Rat experience has been easy !!!
Keith and Jordan in the Pensacola location were amazing! They were so friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. They made our long distance move so much easier. The process was interesting to watch and my husband had a million questions about it. Keith was very patient and knowledgeable.
Joshua and the rest of the pack rat crew were amazing throughout the entire process!!! So kind and communicative and good at what they do! Someone give these guys a raise!
