We were going back and forth between PODS and Pack Rats for our move. Pack Rats promised us a rate for the move and suggested that PODS would probably change without notice. Our original quote failed to include weight tickets for a military move, then on the day our last pod picked up we were charged an extra $800. Not notified, just charged. Justin was fantastic from start to finish. He was extremely kind and professional when he dropped off the storage unit and just as respectful and efficient when he picked it up. He worked with me on placement, was careful with my property, and made the whole process much easier than I expected. Genuinely a great person to work with. I would absolutely recommend Pack Rat, especially if Justin is handling the delivery and pickup.
