Peter was awesome! Went above and beyond to help us move!
Went smoothly. Peter was nice and dropped it off quickly.
Peter with the PackRat Moving crew delivered our container timely and showed great care. We were unable to unload the pod closer to our storage unit, but Peter apologized, though it was at the direction of the manager of the storage units & not Peter's fault. Peter was very nice and easy to work with & even gave us a hug. I have used PackRat several times over the years and they never disappoint - always on-time and the customer service is impeccable. Thanks!!
James was fantastic and went out of his way to help make sure I got the right container size. Peter delivered the container and he also went above and beyond, making sure I had everything I needed. John picked up the container right on time. These guys did everything they could to make my move as stress-free and easy as possible. Highly recommend!!!
