Our driver Peter was very professional and personable. Oh, but your dispatcher was a total jerk to my dad. “Don’t tell me how run my company”. Oh, and part of the pod was held together by duct tape, and dad was put on hold 3 different times, one of those times being for over an hour. SO, all 5 of those stars belong to Peter. Work on your customer service. 😉 Have a nice day.
Brent, James, and Peter were fabulous. Brent dropped off the unit and made sure it was in the correct place and I could open up the doors. When James called me today about my move and that the call center lied, he said he was sorry and would make it right. He had the driver come out and pick it up and giving back my money. Peter who picked up the unit was fabulous and polite to work with. Thank you to 3 these men (Brent, Peter, and James) who helped me in a time of crisis.
