Never dropped off my unit and then told the supervisor of the call center I never responded to them. Mind you they did not call or leave a Voicemail, they did send a text that I responded to. Then told me it would be a whole week before they could bring a container. Absolutely a waste of time
Scheduling a container pickup online is a nightmare. Website continuously crashes. Tried calling them and was on hold for an hour and 15 minutes. Ultimately I hung up because my phone was dying. Still can’t scheduled the container to be picked up.
I used 1-800-PACK-RAT for interstate moving utilizing their loading service and long-term storage that I paid to be climate-controlled. My household goods were stored for over a year. Upon delivery, I immediately discovered significant impact damage and material degradation affecting multiple items, including furniture, boxed goods, and heat-sensitive items that had been stored inside protective containers. Lemar was a great driver. He made sure the container was out of the way in my small apartment complex parking lot. He was on time and very friendly.
