I chose PackRat because their pricing was competitive, and the communication was great during the initial booking process. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill after that. We were told on a recorded call that our container would be shipped to our new location, and we were even quoted storage costs for that location. Later, PackRat informed us that the cost had increased by nearly $1,000. Their explanation was that pricing can change based on the contract, even though they had not shipped the container when originally ... read more
