louis from the van nuys location was phenomenal!! my mother is a fanatic when it comes to her concrete driveway and having anything leak/rust on it. when the first pod arrived it was quite rusty and i’ll be moving to a place with rain/snow. we asked if louis could check for another bin and he quickly found a rust free bin and delivered it promptly. he was polite, helpful & kind (never having any attitude or annoyance when we asked to switch the bin). he’s also a very skilled driver getting around trees & tree branches/obstac... read more
