I had such a great experience with them. The phone support helped me figure out the right size containers (I needed two), and were endlessly accommodating as my plans were forced to change multiple times. Armen, my driver, was exceptionally nice to deal with and completely professional. My only complaint at all is that the wait time to talk to a live person seemed excessive, but my move was in the back-to-school time frame, so they were busy. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Process was pretty straightforward, and our pods arrived ahead of schedule. Mario at Pack-Rat was super helpful in getting our pods out so that our movers could load everything up.
The gentleman in the office was very nice !!
Super helpful and accomodating service. This worked perfectly for our needs and we gained access twice through the time we had our possessions in storage. Highly recommend. Great team, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
