Honestly surprised at how easy the move was. After talking to the initial person to make the reservation I was worried because he contradicted himself some during the phone conversation. They were the best priced and everything went so smoothly. I will say 8 ft for a 1 bedroom apt is a little tight but got it alol in and everything was great. I would not give my business to this company again. Their scheduling dates for pick up and delivery are unpredictable. They will change dates on you without informing sometimes days and sometimes by weeks without giving a valid reason. Not one time, several times.. they changed dates on me three times and I am still waiting for delivery. Calling and waiting for hours on customer support doesn’t help, they don’t have any explanation other than just read the new date to you.
